Difference between digital truck scale and analog truck scale:

I  The signal collected and transmitted by the weighing sensor of the digital truck scale is directly digital signal. The digital signal will not change due to the interference of transmission distance, temperature, humidity and electromagnetic field, which can ensure the consistency between the weighing display data and the original collected data.

II  The off load debugging of the digital truck scale and the weighing instrument are completed, which eliminates the debugging error caused by manual debugging, and the debugging data stored in the weighing instrument will not change due to vibration, temperature difference and other factors, so as to ensure the accuracy and long-term stability of the weighing data.

III  Once the remote controller is installed on the signal transmission line of the digital truck scale, the weighing instrument display will sense it at the first time and send a command to stop the sensor.

The quality of high-precision weighing sensor is directly related to the quality of the whole weighing instrument. It is the core component of the weighbridge and plays the role of converting the weight into the corresponding measurable electrical signal.

Modular scale platform, U-shaped girder structure, good strength and interchangeability, can be equipped with computer management system. The scale platform structure adopts the assembly and welding of cold-formed steel with U-shaped section. The overall stiffness, torsional resistance and local stiffness of the table have been greatly improved.
