After sales service of electronic scale content

1、包换服务期：产品购买后一周内发现质量问题，经供方技术服务管理中心确定认可后可提供免费更换。

2、保修服务期：产品保修期为12个月(以安装调试合格之日起计算),打印头、电源适配器质保六个月，如果在保修服务期内由于产品自身原因造成的故障（在正常使用的情况下人为除外），供方免费提供维修服务和零配件。

3、终身保修：除产品保修期的12个月外，本公司对所出售的产品实行终身保修。保修服务期满后供方每次产品维修收取服务费，产品零配件按照公司规定价格提供给用户。

4、服务方式：接到用户电话1小时内回复，如电话或远程解决不了的，经双方协商确认后可24小时内派人到现场进行修理。

5、保修服务：是指产品在保修服务期内由于产品自身原因造成的故障而进行的维修服务。以下情况不属于保修服务范围，实行收费维修服务：

a. Vulnerable and consumable parts, including: print head, power supply, etc;

b. Damage caused by flood, lightning and other force majeure;

c. Damage caused by human factors such as use in non applicable environment, negligence or improper operation;

d. Failure caused by peripherals not provided by our company or damage caused by improper maintenance by personnel not authorized by our company.

6、特殊条款：如产品有特殊声明或订购合同中有特殊条款，以该声明及合同条款为准。
