Weighbridge is a very common weighing equipment in trade settlement at present. It is mainly composed of scale body, sensor, junction box, data line and display. Some can match computer software and large screen display.

Since the scale body and sensors of the weighbridge are outdoor, various faults may occur after long-term use.

How can we deal with the failure?

The following common processing methods, I hope to help you.

Common fault analysis:

1. The weighing instrument does not return to zero, and the display data changes greatly from top to bottom, changing in turn

Cause of failure: Check the circuit and main line of the lower weighbridge sensor, and open the junction box to see if it is damp

Exclusions: If the line is damp, please dry it in the sun and wrap it with waterproof tape. If the junction box is damp, please dry it. If it is serious, replace the junction box.

2. The weight displayed by the weighbridge instrument is inconsistent with the standard weight

Cause of failure: It may be stuck under the weighbridge or the sensor is damaged

Exclusions: First check whether there are foreign matters under the weighbridge, clean up the sundries under the weighbridge, or find a forklift to weigh or find a fixed object to weigh the presser foot to see if there is any inconsistency in the weight. If there is any inconsistency in the weight displayed by the instrument, find out which sensor to replace the sensor.

3. After the weight is weighed, the base number is displayed on the instrument and does not return to zero

Fault analysis: The circuit of the sensor is broken, the wire is stuck, and the skin of the wire may be bitten by rats.

Exclusions: Check the main line. If the problem is not the main line, eliminate the sensor line through the main line elimination method, open the junction box, and then take off the terminal of the junction box one by one to see if it still jumps. Wrap or replace the sensor after finding it.

4. The display of weighbridge instrument is incorrect, the weighing of small weight is accurate, and the weighing of large weight is inaccurate

Fault analysis: Check whether the lower scale platform and foundation are blocked by sundries, whether the scale body is deformed when loading heavy objects, and there is no gap between the limit bolt and the foundation.

Exclusions: Clean up the sundries under the weighbridge. If the weighbridge is seriously deformed, the weighbridge body needs to be reinforced. If there is no deformation, it needs to be recalibrated with a large range standard weight (or find a substitute for the standard weight).

5. After the instrument is powered on, there is no display or incomplete display, and a buzzer sounds

Fault analysis: There is a fault in the instrument circuit, the instrument mainboard is damaged, the LED display tube is damaged or the wiring is faulty.

Exclusions: Re weld the faulty part, or replace the instrument main board

6. A horizontal line is displayed after startup: for example, the display of xk3190 series instruments indicates overload.

Fault analysis: The instrument is struck by lightning, the power supply is abnormal, and there are problems with the sensor, junction box, 9-pin plug, etc., resulting in significant changes in the signal. If it is a scale that has not been debugged, the fault will be eliminated automatically after debugging. If not, there is a problem with the weighbridge sensor.

Exclusions: Recalibrate and replace the instrument. If it displays normally, it is the problem of the instrument. If it cannot be calibrated, detect the circuit and replace the sensor.
