For the balance equipped with isoCAL function, the balance will automatically start internal calibration when the environmental conditions change, which is more convenient to use (the internal calibration balance is more expensive). This function is very suitable for micro, semi micro, analytical or precision balance. According to the minimum scale of the balance, in general, 4-digit, 5-digit, 6-digit and 7-digit balances are automatically calibrated every four hours, while the balance with lower resolution is calibrated every six hours. Even so, frequent external calibration is recommended. External calibration imposes a relatively large workload on users of electronic scales/scales (the price of external calibration scales is slightly lower). If the calibration must be traceable according to ISO standards or other regulations to be observed, the certified weights shall be used to calibrate the electronic scale/balance (professional weights are supplied by Shanghai Quanfu). The balance user can entrust the electronic scale/balance manufacturer to provide traceable calibration services (third-party measurement calibration certificate), or purchase certified weights for self calibration.
