FW series Static load weighing module It is an economical and simple weighing element, which combines the weighing sensor, load transfer device, installation connector and other components, which can be easily connected with mechanical devices of various shapes, and can convert the tank body or other structures into a weighing device, so as to increase the process weighing capacity. The spherical connector can always maintain the vertical weighing state of the module, and the weighing performance can be guaranteed whether static weighing or dynamic weighing. It can also be used for electromechanical transformation of mechanical scale.

Combination mode:

In a weighing system, one fixed weighing module, one semi floating weighing module and the rest fully floating weighing modules are used

The standard combination is:

1. Three piece set: one fixed, one semi floating and one full floating module

2. Four piece set: one fixed module, one semi floating module and two full floating modules

The whole set of equipment includes: top plate, bottom plate, load cell, pressure head and support bolt, junction box, cable, weighing controller and other components. Optional insulating material pad to reduce vibration, vibration and heat transfer.
