6、 Working principle:

When the car drives onto the weighing platform, under the action of gravity, the elastomer of the weighing sensor deforms, the impedance of the strain gauge bridge (Wheatstone bridge) pasted on the elastomer loses balance, and the electrical signal proportional to the weight value is output, which is transmitted to the amplifier, a / D converter, microprocessor and other electronic components for corresponding data processing, and the digital signal is output for the display of the weighing instrument. If the display instrument is connected with the computer and printer, the instrument can simultaneously transmit the weight signal to the computer and other equipment through a special interface according to a specific protocol to form a weighing management system.
