Electronic buffer scale is a kind of scale developed for weighing metallurgical, copper and precious metal materials. The weighing mechanism includes a bottom frame, a scale platform, a buffer table, a buffer mechanism, a limit mechanism, a high-precision shear sensor, a junction box assembly and an intelligent weighing instrument to form a complete weighing system. It can be configured with a printer or a wireless continuous weighing display. This buffer scale has the characteristics of strong impact resistance, high stability and high precision weighing.
Scs-h series buffer scale, three-layer buffer scale and double-layer buffer platform scale use a double-layer platform. There is a helical compression spring between the two platforms, which can obtain the first impact energy from the load. It is equipped with precision weighing sensors and intelligent weighing terminals. It has excellent impact resistance, fatigue resistance, accuracy and reliability, fast weighing and easy operation. It also has a unique design for easy maintenance. It is especially suitable for weighing applications where the product is moved by a crane during weighing. It can not only effectively absorb the collision of goods used for weighing when they are loaded, but also protect the load cell. It is widely used in metallurgy industry, machinery industry, building materials, aluminum materials, copper pipes, copper coils and other metal materials with strong impact, warehousing, freight transportation and wharf weighing applications. It can replace METTLER TOLEDO pg / PGV Series platform scales.
It can be configured with V-shaped support or stop bar for weighing various steel coils, copper coils, steel bars, copper bars, aluminum bars, aluminum bars and other high-added materials.
